Booking and stay

A booking is confirmed only when Akshat Royal Stay issues a confirmation. Online reservations require successful full payment; staff bookings may accept an advance and show a balance.

Guests must provide a valid government photo ID at check-in. The booked occupancy must be followed. Extra guests are subject to availability, property approval and applicable charges. Check-in and check-out are the exact dates and times shown in the confirmation.

Room changes, date changes and extensions depend on availability and any rate difference. Guests are responsible for loss or damage caused during the stay. Illegal activity, nuisance and smoking in prohibited areas are not permitted.
