Cancellation schedule

48 hours or more before check-in: full refund of room charges. Payment gateway or processing charges, if charged to us and not recoverable, are non-refundable.

24 to 48 hours before check-in: 50% of the booking amount is refundable.

Less than 24 hours, no-show or early departure: no refund.

Changes and processing

Date changes are subject to room availability and rate differences. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and normally appear within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider. If the property cancels a confirmed booking, the guest receives a full refund.
